Qualifications: Masters in Engineering / MBA

Experience: 12 Years

Responsibilities:

Architect, build and manage engineering team and processes
Design and implement scalable SaaS infrastructure, SaaS delivery platform and SaaS application.
Manage the engineering team to enhance the existing Penetration Testing Product
Foster a motivating and challenging environment to facilitate creativity and productivity within the team
Responsible for all aspects of Company's technology development as well as product management, product architecture, design and development

Knowledge & Skills:

Experience in developing scalable product(s) using SOA / Web services / SaaS technologies
Complete Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and managing a product through its entire lifecycle
Experience in the following technologies: Ruby on Rails / J2EE / .Net
Single / Multi-tenant Scalable Database design and optimization
Architect, design and implement application and hardware level clustering technologies
Large scale SaaS Infrastructure design and implementation
Performance Engineering and Quality Assurance
Experience in product management
Experience in Project Management and project delivery
Knowledge of informational security (Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment and compliances like PCI, SOX, ISO 27001), preferable
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Banking and financial industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales quota and objectives
Experience in selling solutions preferably in Information Security Domain to large banks, financial institutions/ Defense vertical/ E-Commerce, Online Media, Online Solutions and Online Content Providers, Web Hosting and other Online Infrastructure management, ISPs etc
