Bikash Barai CEO, Co-founder, Director

Bikash has done Double B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur in 'Computer Science' (Hons) and 'Architecture' and also a Masters in 'Computer Science and Information Technology'. He specializes in Network Security and Simulation of a Hacker's mind using Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Hacking, Social Engineering and Attack Simulation. He is credited of several innovations in the domain of Network Security and Anti-Spam Technologies and has patents filed under his name. Apart from professional activities he actively pursues painting, magic and had made proactive efforts to promote Indian Art in the Online Community. Bikash is also an active speaker at various platforms like Nasscom, University of California - Berkeley, NUS Singapore, Global Security Challenge, TiE and several others.

Nilanjan De CTO, Co-founder, Director

Nilanjan has done his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from IIT Kharagpur. His technical area of expertise is in Vulnerability Research and Exploitation Techniques, Network Security, Kernel Security etc. He has been successfully leading the product development and research in core security areas related to reverse engineering, exploitation etc. He is well-known in the security community and has published several exploits and advisories for the first time in the world.

Bala Girisaballa Vice President & Head of Product Management & Marketing

Bala holds MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and B.Tech in Engineering from Osmania University. Previously, he was the Director of Product Strategy with Oracle USA managing enterprise applications where he was responsible for launching multiple CRM products worldwide. Bala has also served as Vice President, Founder and Board Member of a start-up called nineMotion.com, a small business outsourcing portal. Before that he held positions in other IT companies including Infosys and Asian Paints. He specializes in building &launching world class software products and leading them in the market. Bala is an active blogger. His other interests include music, books and mentoring students. He is also a visiting faculty at various management institutes and teaches courses in Entrepreneurship, Enterprise & Business Strategy.

Ravi Prakash Vice President & Head of Sales

Ravi's career spans over 16 years in the Enterprise IT & Telecom industries. Prior to joining iViZ, he was heading sales and business development with global accounts in Semiconductor markets with Sasken in the APAC region. He has built teams from scratch and grew business by more than manifold in several of his earlier assignments. He has managed multimillion dollar businesses in the Tier I Enterprise and Carrier space during his stints with Global Edge, HCL, Xalted and PCS. He is an avid cricketer and loves photography, trekking in his leisure.
