Partnership & Alliance Manager

Location: Kolkata

Qualifications: Engineering / MBA

Experience: About 8 years in IT pre-sales, business development, partnership & alliances

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales initiatives through focused partners such as System Integrators, Consultants, etc.
  • Meet sales targets and accountable for achieving goals and objectives of the Partner program
  • Create champions within Partner organizations, to get better acceptability of the solution / product within partners sales & delivery functions
  • Map the partner organization and create mind share at the strategic levels of the organization
  • Create joint go to market strategies & tactical plans
  • Create joint endorsements & collaterals
  • Organize education and training programs within Partner organization
  • Organize road-shows, special events within partner organizations for brand building
  • Organize road-shows and events with partner organizations in select markets
  • Create joint review mechanism with Partners
  • Create processes, methodologies and responsibility matrix to support Partner engagements conflicts
  • Provide inputs into business plans & strategies of the company
  • Create Partner forum Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in cross-functional activities
  • Contribute in corporate governance affairs

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Must have exposure to Information Security solutions
  • Excellent relationship and leadership skills
