Partnership & Alliance Manager
Location: Kolkata
Qualifications: Engineering / MBA
Experience: About 8 years in IT pre-sales, business development, partnership & alliances
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales initiatives through focused partners such as System Integrators, Consultants, etc.
- Meet sales targets and accountable for achieving goals and objectives of the Partner program
- Create champions within Partner organizations, to get better acceptability of the solution / product within partners sales & delivery functions
- Map the partner organization and create mind share at the strategic levels of the organization
- Create joint go to market strategies & tactical plans
- Create joint endorsements & collaterals
- Organize education and training programs within Partner organization
- Organize road-shows, special events within partner organizations for brand building
- Organize road-shows and events with partner organizations in select markets
- Create joint review mechanism with Partners
- Create processes, methodologies and responsibility matrix to support Partner engagements conflicts
- Provide inputs into business plans & strategies of the company
- Create Partner forum
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional activities
- Contribute in corporate governance affairs
Knowledge & Skills:
- Must have exposure to Information Security solutions
- Excellent relationship and leadership skills
